September 30 is National Truth and Reconciliation Day and Orange Shirt Day

The Bearclaw Gallery would like to acknowledge the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.  This is a day to honour survivors of the residential schools, their families and communities.  It is a day to reflect on the tragic events and ongoing legacy of residential schools.  Orange Shirt Day is a day to remember the children who never returned home.  It is a day to acknowledge the truth about Canadian history and continue the journey towards reconciliation.
